- 由于新冠肺炎疫情影响，扶贫农产品大量滞销。该研究通过对黑龙江省涉农电商企业与扶贫农产品企业的合作模式，以及所涉及的电商扶贫作用机理进行研究，针对部分扶贫农产品物流效率低、同质化严重、信息服务体系不健全、电商人才紧缺等问题，提出提高物流企业效率、扩大扶贫农产品品牌建设、加强信息服务体系建设、优化电商人才队伍建设等策略，对于加快黑龙江省脱贫攻坚，促进扶贫农产品网上销售具有一定的理论与现实意义。
- Abstract:
- Due to the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation，the poor agricultural products were unsalable.This paper studied the cooperation mode between agricultural e-commerce enterprises and poverty alleviation agricultural products enterprises in Heilongjiang Province，and the mechanism of e-commerce poverty alleviation.In view of some problems such as low efficiency，serious homogenization，imperfect information service system and shortage of e-commerce talents in the logistics of poverty alleviation agricultural products，this paper put forward strategies such as improving the efficiency of logistics enterprises，expanding the construction of poverty alleviation agricultural products brand，strengthening the construction of information service system and optimizing the construction of e-commerce talents team，which were of great significance for accelerating poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang Province and promoting online sales of poverty alleviation agricultural products the theoretical and practical significance of certainty.
