- 以贝利叶绿绒蒿(Meconopsis baileyi)、贝利叶‘Hensol Violet’(Meconopsis baileyi ‘Hensol Violet’)、贝利叶‘Alba’(Meconopsis baileyi ‘Alba’)种子为研究对象,采用游标卡尺测量、电子天平称量、不同温度处理和赤霉素(GA3)处理等试验方法,研究了3种绿绒蒿种子长宽、千粒质量、吸水率和萌发率,以及25 ℃/15 ℃与20 ℃/10 ℃ 2种温度处理和不同浓度GA3处理对3种绿绒蒿种子萌发的影响,以期比较3种绿绒蒿种子表型及萌发差异,找到促进其萌发的方法。结果表明:贝利叶绿绒蒿、贝利叶‘Hensol Violet’、贝利叶‘Alba’种子平均长度分别为(1.149 1±0.127 8)(1.173 5±0.124 1)(1.292 1±0.146 4)mm,平均宽度分别为(0.652 6±0.079 4)(0.702 8±0.073 4)(0.753 3±0.086 8)mm,千粒质量分别为(0.289 7±0.012 7)(0.320 5±0.005 5)(0.370 7±0.014 6)g。20 ℃/10 ℃较25 ℃/15 ℃温度条件下3种绿绒蒿种子萌发效果更好,同一温度条件下萌发效果上贝利叶绿绒蒿>贝利叶‘Hensol Violet’>贝利叶‘Alba’。400 mg?L-1 GA3最有利于贝利叶绿绒蒿种子萌发,发芽率达到74.44%,比对照高出20%。
- Abstract:
- Taking the seeds of Meconopsis baileyi,Meconopsis baileyi ‘Hensol Violet’ and Meconopsis baileyi ‘Alba’ as experimental materials,the experimental methods include vernier caliper measurement,electronic balance weighing,different temperature treatment and gibberellin(GA3) treatment.The research contents include the length and width of seeds,1 000 grain weight,water absorption rate,germination rate,the effects of 25 ℃/15 ℃ and 20 ℃/10 ℃ temperature treatments and different concentrations of GA3 on seed germination,in order to compare the phenotypic and germination differences of Meconopsis baileyi and its two varieties,and to find ways to promote their germination.The results showed that the average length of Meconopsis baileyi,Meconopsis baileyi ‘Hensol Violet’ and Meconopsis baileyi ‘Alba’ seeds was (1.149 1±0.127 8)mm,(1.173 5±0.124 1)mm,(1.292 1±0.146 4)mm,the average width was (0.652 6±0.079 4)mm,(0.702 8±0.073 4)mm,(0.753 3±0.086 8)mm,and the 1 000 grain weight was (0.289 7±0.012 7)g,(0.320 5±0.005 5)g,and (0.370 7±0.014 6)g,respectively.The germination effect of seeds at 20 ℃/10 ℃ was better than that at 25 ℃/15 ℃,Meconopsis baileyi>Meconopsis baileyi ‘Hensol Violet’>Meconopsis baileyi ‘Alba’ at the same temperature.GA3 with concentration of 400 mg?L-1 was the most favorable for Meconopsis baileyi seed germination.Under this condition,the germination rate reached 74.44%,which was 20% higher than CK.
