- 金丝绞瓜作为泗县的特色农产品,经课题组近3年的研究结论、技术人员的试验结果和长期的种植经验积累的总结,形成一套高效金丝绞瓜栽培和贮藏技术体系,主要包括品种选择、播前处理、播种、定植、田间管理和贮藏,以促进金丝绞瓜在全国范围内大面积的种植和推广。该栽培技术下种植的金丝绞瓜具有产量大、品质优和营养丰富等优点;该贮藏技术条件下贮存的金丝绞瓜具有腐败率低、营养流失少和贮藏期长等优势。该研究填补了国内在金丝绞瓜栽培和贮藏技术方面的不足和欠缺,改善金丝绞瓜的商品性,提高产量,延长贮藏期,促进农民增收,实现金丝绞瓜产业经济效益的最大化。
- Abstract:
- As the characteristic agricultural product of Sixian county,through the three years′ research achievement,the experimental results of technicians and the local farmers′ experience accumulated in the long-term cultivation process,a set of efficient cultivation and storage technology system of spaghetti squash have been formed to promote its large-scale planting and promotion across the country,mainly including variety selection,pre sowing treatment,sowing,planting,field management and storage.The results showed that the spaghetti squash had the advantages of high yield,high quality and rich nutrition under this cultivation technology and had the advantages of low corruption rate,less nutrient loss and long storage period under the storage condition.Our study made up the shortage of cultivation and storage technology of spaghetti squash in China,improved the commodity,increased the yield,extended the storage period,further promoted the income of farmers,and maximized the economic benefit of spaghetti squash industry.
