- 以“章姬”草莓为试材,选择连作8年草莓大棚,通过田间试验法研究生物有机菌肥、控释肥及食用菌肥3种不同施肥处理对连作草莓生长、土壤微生物生物量碳氮及3种主要酶活性的影响。结果表明:3种施肥处理均可增加连作草莓产量,促进草莓根系活力、提高草莓生长期叶绿素含量,生物有机菌肥及控释肥增产显著,分别增产25.7%和20.5%。草莓初花期、初果期及盛果期,生物有机菌肥、食用菌肥处理的土壤微生物碳、氮含量均显著高于常规施肥;不同施肥处理在草莓不同生长阶段对土壤脲酶、酸性磷酸酶及过氧化氢酶活性增加程度不同,其中以生物有机菌肥增效最为显著。

- Taking ‘Zhangji’ strawberry as test material,field trials of continuous 8-year-old strawberry greenhouse were carried out to examine the effects of organic bacterial manure (YJF),controlled release fertilizer (KSF) and edible fungus fertilizer (SYF) on the growth of strawberry,soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen and three main soil enzymes activities.The results showed that three fertilization treatments increased the yield of continuous cropping strawberry and promoted the root activities and chlorophyll contents (SPAD values).Compared with CK,the yield in YJF and KSF treatments was increased by 25.7% and 20.5%,respectively.At the strawberry initial bloom stage,primary fruit stage and full fruit period,the content of soil microbial carbon and nitrogen in the YJF,KSF treatments were significantly higher than CK.The activities of urease,acid phosphatase and catalase increased differently in different growth stages of strawberry under different fertilization treatments,among which bio-organic manure increased the most significantly.
