- 国家粮食安全新战略的提出促使新形势下国家粮食安全保障策略发生转变，而十九大阐明“中国经济由高速增长转向高质量发展阶段”则为中国粮食产业的发展指明新的方向并提出新的挑战。因此，融合国家粮食安全新战略来研究中国粮食产业高质量发展路径具有重要的意义。该研究以国家粮食安全新战略为核心构建中国粮食产业高质量发展内涵体系，利用规范性研究法归纳总结中国粮食产业高质量发展存在的问题并基于价值链理论分析问题产生的深层原因，进而有针对性的从粮食价值链提升和粮食产业链延伸2个角度探讨中国粮食产业高质量发展的实现路径。
- Abstract:
- The proposal of the new strategy of national grain security promoted the transformation of national grain security strategy under the new situation,while the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that ‘China′s economy had changed from a high-speed growth to a high-quality development stage’,which pointed out a new direction and challenges for the development of China′s grain industry.Therefore,it was of great significance to integrate the new national graub security strategy to study the high-quality development path of China′s grain industry.Based on the new strategy of national grain security,this study constructed the connotation system of high-quality development of China′s grain industry,summed up the problems existing in the high-quality development of China′s grain industry by using normative research method,and analyzed the deep-seated causes of the problems based on the value chain theory,and then probed into China′s grain production from the perspectives of grain value chain promotion and grain industry chain extension.The realization path of high quality development of the industry.
