- 以杨凌地区‘媚丽’葡萄为试材,在开花后按一定时间间隔(2周)对植株进行疏果,分别测定不同处理所得成熟果实的横纵径、百粒质量、可溶性固形物、还原糖、可滴定酸以及酚类物质等指标,通过主成分分析(PCA)比较‘媚丽’葡萄在不同时间疏果对其成熟果实品质的影响,以期得出‘媚丽’葡萄在杨凌地区的最佳疏果时间。结果表明:疏果处理均能提高浆果在可溶性固形物、糖酸比及酚类物质含量上的表现。PCA得到综合得分排名情况为T3>T4>T2>T5>T1>T6>CK,可知处理组的浆果品质均优于对照,其中花后第6周(T3)至8周(T4)对‘媚丽’进行疏果的效果要优于其它时间段。花后第6周进行疏果的成熟浆果综合得分最高,其可溶性固形物、M值、果皮中的总酚、总黄烷醇及种子中的总酚、总黄烷醇和总黄酮类含量均高于其它处理,可溶性固形物、M值较CK高出11.75%、28.44%,果皮中的总酚、总黄烷醇含量较CK高出9.93%、24.22%,种子中的总酚、总黄烷醇和总黄酮类分别高于CK 17.04%、21.91%和6.99%。综上所述,花后第6周是‘媚丽’葡萄的最佳疏果时间,可以显著提高葡萄的品质。其次为花后第8周进行疏果,也能对提高葡萄品质起积极作用。
- Abstract:
- Grape variety of ‘Meili’ in Yangling was used as experimental materials,and the plants were thinned at a certain time interval (2 weeks) after flowering.The index of transverse and vertical diameter,100-grain weight,soluble solids,reducing sugar,titratable acid and phenolic substances of mature berries of different treatments were determined respectively,and the principal component analysis (PCA) was used to compare the quality of mature berries thinned in different time of ‘Meili’to obtain the best time for cluster thinning in Yangling.The results showed that cluster thinning treatment could improve the performance of berries in soluble solids,sugar-acid ratio and phenolic content.The overall score of PCA was T3>T4>T2>T5>T1>T6>CK,and it was found that the berry quality of the treated group was better than that of the control,and the 6th week (T3) to 8 weeks (T4) after the flowering was better than other time periods to thinning plants.The mature berries with cluster thinning at the 6th week after flowering had the highest comprehensive score,and their soluble solids,M value,total phenols,total flavanols and total flavonoids in the peel and total flavanols and total flavonoids in the seeds were the highest.Its soluble solids,M value were 11.75%,28.44% higher than CK.The content of total phenols and total flavanols in the peel was 9.93% and 24.22% higher than that of CK,and the content of total phenols,total flavanol and total flavonoids in the seed was higher than CK 17.04%,21.91% and 6.99%,respectively.In summary,the 6th week after flowering was the best time for cluster thinning,and the mature berry had the highest comprehensive score,which could significantly improve the quality of the ‘Meili’grape.Secondly,cluster thinning at the 8th week after flowering was a good time,which could play a positive role in improving the quality of berries.
