- 以齿缘吊钟花种子为试材,采用培养皿发芽的方法进行萌发试验,通过对光照、浸种时间、激素种类、赤霉素处理时间和赤霉素浓度等条件设置不同处理,以期探索出齿缘吊钟花种子萌发的适宜条件。结果表明:齿缘吊钟花种子可以在黑暗中萌发,但光照条件下种子发芽率极显著提高,说明光照可以促进其种子萌发;浸种有利于种子萌发,以35 ℃温水浸种2 h效果最好;赤霉素是最适宜种子萌发的激素,处理时间以6 h为佳;低浓度赤霉素的处理有利于种子萌发,随着浓度的升高,发芽率、发芽势等指标呈明显下降趋势;该研究为齿缘吊钟花繁殖培育和苗木生产提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Enkianthus serrulatus seeds were used as experimental materials,the seeds were germinated in petri dish,and different treatments were set by conditions such as light,soaking time,hormone types,GA3 treatment time and GA3 concentration to explore the most suitable conditions for seed germination.The results showed that the seeds could germinate in the dark,but the germination rate was significantly increased under the light condition,indicating that the light could promote the seed germination.Soaking seeds was beneficial to seed germination,and the best soaking time was 2 hours at 35 ℃.Gibberellin was the most suitable hormone for seed germination,the best treatment time was 6 hours under low concentration.Treatment with low concentration of gibberellin was beneficial to seed germination,and with the increase of concentration,germination rate,germination potential and other indicators were decreased significantly.The result of this study could be intended to provide theoretical basis for seed reproduction and resource protection of Enkianthus serrulatus.
