宁夏枸杞果实形态特征与气象因子的相关性

- 宁夏中宁县、新疆精河县和青海诺木洪农场是枸杞种植的典型生态区。以不同产区“宁杞1号”和“宁杞7号”2个宁夏枸杞品种的果实形态特征为研究对象,结合发育期气象因子指标,通过分析宁夏枸杞果实形态特征与气象因子的相关性,确定影响枸杞果实形态特征的关键气象因子。结果表明:宁夏中宁县和青海诺木洪2个产区的宁夏枸杞果实纵横径的发育可以分为3个明显阶段,而新疆精河县纵径发育只有2个明显阶段,枸杞果实发育期时长由长到短依次为青海诺木洪>宁夏中宁县>新疆精河县;同时,除新疆精河县外,其它2个产区的“宁杞1号”枸杞果实的发育期都明显长于相同产区“宁杞7号”枸杞果实的发育期,但3个产区“宁杞1号”枸杞果实纵横径的平均日增长量均小于相同产区“宁杞7号”枸杞果实纵横径的平均日增长量。3个产区气象因子的动态变化趋势有所不同,相关分析及回归分析表明,日最高气温、日最低气温和平均土壤温度是影响宁夏枸杞果实形态特征的关键气象因子。

- Zhongning county of Ningxia,Jinghe county of Xinjiang and Nomuhong Farm of Qinghai are typical ecological areas for Lycium barbarum L.cultivation.In this study,two Ningxia wolfberry varieties,‘Ningqi 1’ and ‘Ningqi 7’,were studied.By analyzing the characteristics of the growth and development of wolfberry fruits,combined with the analysis of meteorological factors,the fruit development and meteorological factors of Lycium barbarum L.were studied.Relevance determines the key factors affecting the morphological characteristics of Lycium barbarum L.fruits.The results show that the development of longitudinal and transverse diameters of Lycium barbarum L.fruit in Ningxia Zhongning county and Qinghai Nuomuhong can be divided into three distinct stages,while Jinghe county in Xinjiang has only two distinct stages.The length of the growth period of wolfberry fruit was from long to short,Qinghai Nuomuhong>Ningxia Zhongning county>Xinjiang Jinghe county.At the same time,except for Jinghe county in Xinjiang,the developmental stages of the fruits of ‘Ningqi 1’ in the other two producing areas were significantly longer than those in the same producing area of ‘Ningqi 7’.However,the average daily growth of the longitudinal and transverse diameters of the fruits of ‘Ningqi 1’ in the three producing areas was smaller than the average daily growth of the longitudinal and transverse diameters of the fruits of ‘Ningqi 7’ in the same producing area.The dynamic trends of meteorological factors in the three producing areas were different.Correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that the daily maximum temperature,daily minimum temperature and average soil temperature were the key meteorological factors affecting the morphological characteristics of Ningxia wolfberry fruit.
