- 以辽东楤木枝条为试材,利用冬季日光温室进行反季节栽培,分别设定4种长度(20、30、40、50 cm)和4种粗度(1.1、1.4、1.7、2.0 cm)的辽东楤木枝条处理,通过测定辽东楤木嫩芽的萌发率、相对生长速度、产量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、多糖含量、皂苷含量以及黄酮含量,研究了枝条不同长度、粗度处理对辽东楤木嫩芽产量与品质的影响。结果表明:枝条质量极显著影响楤木嫩芽的产量和品质,随着枝条长度、粗度的增加,嫩芽的萌发率、单株嫩芽产量逐渐增加,嫩芽的相对生长速度随天数变化整体表现为慢-快-慢的趋势,符合“S”生长曲线规律,辽东楤木嫩芽的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和多糖含量,以及次生代谢产物皂苷和黄酮的含量也随着枝条长度和粗度的增加呈上升趋势,其中枝条长度50 cm、粗度2.0 cm的枝条萌发率最高达到100%,其单株顶芽产量为23.40 g,单株嫩芽产量为113.50 g,显著高于其它处理,同时顶芽可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、多糖、皂苷和黄酮含量分别为1.8 mg?g-1、5.95 mg?g-1、6.76%、6.67%、9.60%,也显著高于其它处理,综上所述,辽东楤木反季节生产中选择长度50 cm、粗度2.0 cm的枝条为宜,并能获得较高的收益。
- Abstract:
- Aralia elata (Miq.) Seem.branches were taken as tested materials for conducting off-seasion cultivation in winter.Four length(20 cm,30 cm,40 cm and 50 cm) and four width (1.1 cm,1.4 cm,1.7 cm and 2.0 cm) of branches were set up,and the effect of different branches length and width on the yield and qualities of bud were studied.The results showed that branch trait had a signifincant effect on yield and trait of Aralia elata (Miq.) Seem.buds,and with branch lengh and width increasing,germination rate and yield per plant were generally increased.Relative growth rate of buds displayed slow-fast-slow growth rhythm showing S-shaped basically.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,saponins and flavonoids of buds increased with branch lengh and width increasing and the max bud germination of length 50 cm and width 2.0 cm reached 100% and the yeild of terminal bud and single plantbud reached 23.40 g and 113.50 g showing significantly higher than other treatment,the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,polysaccharides,saponin and flavonoids of terminal buds were 1.8 mg?g-1,5.95 mg?g-1,6.76%,6.67%,and 9.60%,respectively showing significantly higher than other treatment.In summary,the branches of length 50 cm and width 2.0 cm could obtain higher returns on off-season production of Aralia elata (Miq.) Seem..
