- 通过采集银耳子实体生长期间的温度、相对湿度及子实体园艺学性状(直径和质量)等数据,采用非线性模拟模型,建立了银耳子实体园艺学性状与设施化栽培室内温湿度之间的回归方程,以期实现设施化栽培银耳的低能耗高效益。结果表明:银耳子实体直径发育最适宜的温度为23.08 ℃和相对湿度为93.11%,质量增长最适宜的温度为23.18 ℃和相对湿度为92.60%;在此基础上建立了基于温湿度的子实体生长速率模型,该模型能较好预测子实体在不同温湿度环境中逐日变化情况,为设施化银耳节能高效栽培提供了参考基础。
- Abstract:
- In order to realize the low energy consumption and high efficiency of Tremella fuciformis Berkeley,the nonlinear simulation model was used to establish the relationship between diameter and quality and the indoor temperature and humidity in the facility cultivation,by collecting the data of the temperature,relative humidity and the horticultural traits (diameter and quality) during the growth of Tremella fuciformis Berkeley.The results showed that optimum environmental conditions for determining the diameter were 23.08 ℃ centigrade and 93.11% relative humidity,and the best environmental conditions were temperature 23.18 ℃ and relative humidity 92.60%.On this basis,the growth rate model based on temperature and humidity was established.This model could predict a certain environmental strip better.The daily growth of Tremella fuciformis Berkeley provided a theoretical basis for environmental control of the cultivation of Tremella fuciformis Berkeley.
