- 在农业供给侧改革背景下，通过分析自改革开放以来近40年的吉林省农业产业结构及其变动情况，根据不同农业政策的实施，分阶段测算出农业产业内各部门相互转换的速度与方向以及农业产业结构变动对农业经济增长的贡献率。结果表明：1978—1998年吉林省农业产业结构的变动符合发展规律，种植业产值比重不断下降，牧业产值比重持续上升，具有成长的特征；进入21世纪以后的吉林省农业产业结构调整速度放缓、对农业经济增长贡献微弱，存在农业产业供给结构与农业经济发展不相适应的矛盾，还有待于向合理化与高级化方向转变。
- Abstract:
- Under the background of supply-side structural reform,the changes on agricultural economic growth in Jilin Province nearly 40 years were analyzed since the reform and opening up.According to the implementation of different agricultural policies,the speed of conversion and contribution rate of the industrial structure of agriculture were estimated in stages.The results showed that the changes in the external structure of agriculture in Jilin Province conformed to the law of development from 1978 to 1998.The proportion of farming industry declined,and the animal husbandry rose,had significant growth characteristics.While the changes in the internal structure of agriculture had slow speed with negative effect on agricultural economic growth entering the 21st century.The supply structure of agricultural industry and the development of agricultural economy did not adapted,and the industrial structure of agriculture needed to be further rationalized and advanced.
