摘要:
借助31个省区1997—2016年面板数据，运用面板门槛效应模型探究制度环境和社会资本在财政支农减贫中的门槛效应。结果表明：制度环境对财政支农减贫存在适度水平，在低制度环境区间，财政支农减贫效果并不充分，跨越一阶门槛后减贫作用开始提高，但高制度环境低于中等制度区间的省份；社会资本对财政支农减贫效应充分，存在一阶门槛，跨越门槛后作用增加。
Abstract:
With panel data of 31 provinces from 1997 to 2016,the panel threshold effect model was used to explore the threshold effect of institutional environment and social capital in poverty reduction on fiscal agriculture.The results showed that the institutional environment had a moderate level of poverty reduction for fiscal agriculture.In the low-institutional environment,the effect of financial support for poverty reduction was not sufficient.The effect of reducing poverty began to increase after crossing the first-order threshold.While,the effect in the high-institutional environment was lower than that in the middle-institutional environment.The effect of social capital on poverty reduction by fiscal support for agriculture was sufficient,and there was a first-order threshold,the effect increased across thresholds.
