- 以28个非洲菊辽宁栽培切花品种为试材,对主要品种特性进行样本分析,并采用变异系数法和菲德尔法结合的方式,对观赏性状赋权,并对88个非洲菊杂交后代株系进行筛选分析。以期对非洲菊切花新品种筛选建立评价体系。结果表明:观赏性状权值为花色0.10,花型0.20,花梗硬度0.15,瓶插寿命0.10,花梗长度0.20,花径0.20,切花产量0.05。D31-1、C04-05、C11-20、D28-07等18个非洲菊杂交后代株系综合性状良好,适宜进一步筛选出优良株系后,进行品系定型。非洲菊新切花新品种的评价体系建立,对于非洲菊引种育种及栽培推广有一定的指导作用。
- Abstract:
- The experiment was analyzed the samples of 28 main varieties of gerbera cut flower varieties cultivated mainly in Liaoning,and the methods of variation coefficient method and Fidel′s method were used to weight the ornamental traits.The 88 gerbera hybrid offspring lines were selected perform screening analysis.With a view to screen new varieties of gerbera cut and establish an evaluation system.The results showed that the weight of ornamental traits was flower color 0.10,flower type 0.20,pedicel hardness 0.15,vase life 0.10,pedicel length 0.20,flower diameter 0.20,cut flower yield 0.05.Eighteen gerbera hybrids such as D31-1,C04-05,C11-20,and D28-07 showed good comprehensive traits,and they were suitable for further screening of the elite strains for the purpose of shaping the strains.The establishment of a new evaluation system for new varieties of gerbera cut flowers had a certain guiding role in the introduction,breeding and promotion of gerbera.
