库尔勒香梨腐烂病的防治技术

- 腐烂病是库尔勒香梨的重要病害,发生严重且防治困难。该研究对比测试了植物源杀菌剂菌清与库尔勒当地常用杀菌剂3%甲基硫菌灵和植腐灵对香梨腐烂病的防治效果,并测试了菌清+0.025%高效氯氰菊酯对腐烂病的防治效果及腐烂病斑刮治工具樊式刮刀与当地常用刮刀刮治病斑后的愈合效果。最后分析了综合多项单项技术的综合防控技术对香梨腐烂病的防控效果。结果表明:菌清处理后病斑的治愈率达86.67%,优于对照药剂甲基硫菌灵和植腐灵,且涂抹菌清后形成的愈伤组织宽度较空白对照提高了81.15%。使用菌清+0.025%高效氯氰菊酯处理使香梨优斑螟虫斑率下降了15.82个百分点,治愈率提高了16.91个百分点,防虫效果提高了49.71%。樊式刮刀刮治病斑的愈合度更好,较常规刮刀的愈合比提高了13.14个百分点。综合防治试验结果表明,综合防治方案较常规防治方案对香梨腐烂病的防效更好,防效最高达到了95.65%,在3个试验点较常规防治对照的防效提高了8.73~30.20个百分点。
- Abstract:
- Valsa canker seriously occured and difficult to be control,is an important disease of Korla pear.Botanical fungicide Junqing was tested on the control effect against pear Valsa canker in this study,and compared with the commonly used fungicides 3% thiophanate methyl and Rot killer(2.12% HA-Cu).The control effect of Junqing+0.025% Beta cypermethrin was tested for the control effect against pear Valsa canker either.At the same time,the canker lesion curettage tool Fan′s scraper was tested for its healing rate after scaling,and compared with the commonly used scrapers in Korla pear growing area.Finally,the integrated control technology that combined several single control technologies was tested its control efficacy against pear Valsa canker.The results showed that the curative ratio of Junqing treatment was 86.67%,better than that of the fungicides controls thiophanate methyl and 2.12% HA-Cu,and the callus width increased by 81.15% compared with untreated control.When the canker lesions treated with Junqing+0.025% Beta cypermethrin,the infested lesion rate of Euzophera pyriella decreased by 15.82 percentage points,and the curative rate was increased by 16.91 percentage points.Junqing+0.025% Beta cypermethrin treatment increased the control effect of Euzophera pyriella by 49.71% compare with that Junqing treatment.Compared with conventional scraper,Fan′s scraper had better curative rate,and the healing ratio increased by 13.14 percentage points.Integrated control test results showed that the integrated control technology had better control efficacy compared with the conventional control methods,the highest control efficacy reached 95.65%.The control efficacy in the three tested orchards improved by 8.73 to 30.20 percentage points compared with the conventional control methods.
