- 以木蝴蝶为试材,采用4因子3水平设计,以幼苗株高、茎粗、主根长、主根粗、子叶长、子叶宽、地上部鲜质量、地下部鲜质量、地上部干质量和地下部干质量10个形态指标和根系活力、子叶过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性3个生理指标为评价标准,研究了不同育苗基质对木蝴蝶幼苗的影响,以期研制木蝴蝶适宜育苗基质。结果表明:3种处理效果均高于对照,以10%菜园土+20%珍珠岩+20%蛭石+50%营养土处理效果最好,研究结果为木蝴蝶育苗基质选择提供了参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Oroxylum indicum (Linn.) Kurz was selected as experimental material in this study.Five factors and three level design were employed in order to analyse influence of Oroxylum indicum (Linn.) Kurz seedlings by different complex substrate.Ten morphological parameters including plant height,stem diameter,main root length,main root diameter,cotyledon length,cotyledon width,overground fresh weight,underground fresh weight,overground dry weight,underground dry weight and three physiological index including POD activity,CAT activity and root system vigour were evaluation criterion.The results indicated that the effects of three kinds disposes were excelled than CK.Complex substrate including ‘10% vegetable garden soil+20% pearlstone+20% roseite+50% nutrition soil’ were the best.The testing provided theory evidence for preparation complex substrate of Oroxylum indicum (Linn.) Kurz seedlings.
