- 以6个双孢蘑菇栽培品种为试材,采用原子吸收分光光度计和原子荧光光度计测定方法,研究了双孢蘑菇不同品种对铅、铬、镉等重金属的富集特性以及对重金属污染的抵抗能力。结果表明:供试6个双孢蘑菇品种均检测出铅、铬、镉,但是均符合食品安全国家标准。供试品种抵抗重金属污染能力的测定结果表明,‘ACCC50554’和‘UA15’对3种重金属污染是综合抗性能力强的品种,‘F56’是较弱的品种。
- Abstract:
- Six varieties of Agaricus bisporus were used as test materials.The enrichment characteristics of heavy metals such as lead,chromium and cadmium were studied by atomic absorption spectrophotometer and atomic fluorescence photometer,and the resistance to heavy metal pollution were studied.The results showed that lead,chromium and cadmium were detected in 6 samples of Agaricus bisporus,but they all met the national food safety standards.The test results of resistance to heavy metals showed that the ‘ACCC50554’ variety and ‘UA15’ variety had strong comprehensive resistance to 3 kinds of heavy metals,and the ‘F56’ variety was weak.
