- “互联网+农业”时代的到来为农民创业者提供了前所未有的机遇，也带来了不小的挑战，传统与创新的交融使农民创业环境变得异常复杂。该研究基于“互联网+农业”的发展特点构建农民创业环境质量评价模型，并利用197个农民创业样本，测量了吉林省现行农民创业环境的整体质量，针对创业环境中存在的互联网技术覆盖率低、创业教育实效性不强、创业信息传递不畅等问题提出了扩大智慧农业试点范围、推行团队的契约式培训、发展移动网络平台终端、引入互联网金融服务组织等建议。以期达到完善农民整体创业环境，提升农民创业绩效的目的。
- Abstract:
- The age of ‘Internet + Agriculture’ has brought unprecedented opportunities for the farming entrepreneurs，as well as difficult challenges.The tradition and innovation mingled to enormously complicate the entrepreneurial environment for the farmers.Based on the development characteristics of ‘Internet + Agriculture’，the study constructed the quality evaluation model of entrepreneurial environment for the farmers，and evaluated the whole quality of the present entrepreneurial environment for the farmers in Jilin Province by using 197 entrepreneurial examples of the farmers.With the aims of improving the whole entrepreneurial environment and performance for the farmers，some suggestions （such as，enlargement of pilot area for smart agriculture，facilitation of contract team training，development of mobile internet terminal platform and introduction of internet financial service organizations) were presented to address the issues concerning the low-coverage of internet technology in the entrepreneurial environment，the marginal effect of entrepreneurial education，and the inefficient transfer of innovation information.
