- 以黄瓜“中农26”为试材,采用五元二次正交旋转组合设计方法,对四水硝酸钙(Ca(NO3)2?4H2O)、硝酸钾(KNO3)、七水硫酸镁(MgSO4?7H2O)、硫酸铵((NH4)2SO4)和磷酸(H3PO4)的用量进行了优化模拟,以确定封闭式无机基质槽培系统黄瓜的营养液配方和对养分的需求。结果表明:当四水硝酸钙用量为800 mg?L-1,硝酸钾用量为750 mg?L-1,七水硫酸镁用量为480 mg?L-1,硫酸铵用量为65 mg?L-1,磷酸用量为0.275 mL?L-1时黄瓜生长表现最好,产量最高。

In order to determine the nutrient solution and nutrient requirements of cucumber in the liquid system of enclosed inorganic substrate circulation trough,using cucumber ‘Zhongnong 26’ as test materials,quadratic orthogonal regressive rotation design with five factors was optimized simulation the nutrient elements of solution dosage was calcium nitrate tetrahydrate,potassium nitrate,magnesium sulfate heptahydrate,ammonium sulfate and phosphoric acid.The results showed that the cucumber had the strongest growth and the highest yield when the dosage of calcium nitrate tetrahydrate was 800 mg?L-1,potassium nitrate was 750 mg?L-1,magnesium sulfate heptahydrate was 480 mg?L-1,ammonium sulfate was 65 mg?L-1,phosphoric acid was 0.275 mg?L-1.
