- 以早酥梨为试材,以马铃薯变性淀粉为基膜,采用浸涂法涂膜,通过测定膜特性、膜生物降解性检测、病斑直径等指标,研究了添加高效无毒的防腐剂纳米氧化锌、纳他霉素的复合膜对接种青霉菌(Penicillium expansum)的影响,以期为早酥梨采后青霉病的防治提供参考依据。结果表明:纳米ZnO及纳他霉素均能有效抑制P.expansum病斑直径的扩展,其中0.6%纳米ZnO及0.010%纳他霉素对其抑制效果最好,二者分别降低了病斑直径37.74%和3.76%。
- Abstract:
- ‘Zaosu’ pear was used as test material,potato modified starch film was used as basilemma,dipping coating method was used.Membrane characteristics,membrane biodegradability test and scab diameter were determined to study the effect on Penicillium expansum inoculation when adding nanosized zinc and natamycin,in order to supply reference for preventing Penicillium disease of‘Zaosu’ pear.The results showed that nano-zinc oxide and natamycin could effectively inhibit the P.expansum disease spot diameter extension,0.6% non-toxic nano zinc oxide and 0.010% natamycin coating showed the best effect,the lesion diameter reduced by 37.74% and 3.76%,respectively.
