- 以斑叶堇菜(Viola variegata)和大叶铁线莲(Clematis heracleiffolia)为试材,研究了不同遮荫处理对2种植物叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:随着遮荫程度的提高,斑叶堇菜的叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Fv′/Fm′、φPSRII、qP、ETR值均依次上升;而qN值则呈逐渐下降,体现了斑叶堇菜对弱光环境的强适应性。而大叶铁线莲的Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Fv′/Fm′、φPSRII、qP、ETR值则随着遮荫度的增加先上升后下降;qN值则呈现了先下降后上升的趋势,表明大叶铁线莲有一定的耐荫性。
- Abstract:
- Taking Viola variegata and Clematis heracleiffolia as test materials,the effect of different shade degrees on two kinds of plant chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were studied.The results showed that,with the increase of shade degree,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,Fv′/Fm′,φPSRII,qP,ETR of Viola variegata increased too,while the qN decreased gradually,which reflected the strong adaptability to light of variegated violet;with the increase of shade degree,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,Fv′/Fm′ qP,ETR,φPSRII of Clematis heracleiffolia increased first and then decreased,while the qN showed an increasing trend after the first decreasing,which reflected that Clematis heracleiffolia had a certain degree of shade tolerance.
