- 为研究黄花委陵菜生殖特征,以西安植物园内的10株黄花委陵菜为试材,调查分析了植株的地上生物量及其分配、种子数目、种子千粒重以及发芽率。结果表明:黄花委陵菜的生殖生长存在可塑性;黄花委陵菜通过提高地上生物量来提高生殖生物量,进而影响到种子千粒重;而种子千粒重显著影响到种子的发芽率。因此,在黄花委陵菜栽培管理过程中要注重提高地上生物量,以保证种子的产量和质量。
- Abstract:
- To invest reproductive character of P.aurea,10 plants were studied in Xi’an Botanical Garden of Shaanxi Province.The aboveground biomass,biomass allocation,seed number,seed kilograin weight and germination rate were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that the plants of P.aurea had plastic growth.Reproductive biomass increased with aboveground biomass increased.Furthermore,there were significant correlation between reproductive biomass and seed weight.So did seed weight and germination rate.According our results,we must promote aboveground biomass of P.aurea in order to increased seed production and seed quality in future cultivation and management work.
