- 以番茄为试材,采用宁夏诺德曼公司B1、B2、B3、B4、B5、B6单一枯草芽孢杆菌,以及商品枯草芽孢杆菌和淡紫拟青霉8种生防菌,系统的研究了单一生防菌和生防菌组合对番茄植株长势、根系干鲜重、土壤根结线虫数量、根结指数的影响。结果表明:单一菌中B2、B4、枯草芽孢杆菌处理的植株长势好,B2和枯草芽孢杆菌显著增加根系鲜重,B2显著增加根系干重,B4和B5显著降低缓苗期土壤根结线虫数量,且淡紫拟青霉降低拉秧期土壤线虫效果最显著;组合菌B2+B5、B2+B6、B2+B4、B4+B6、B4+枯草(枯草芽孢杆菌)促进了番茄植株长势,降低了土壤中线虫数量。单一菌B4、B2,组合菌B4+B6能显著促进作物生长和降低土壤线虫。
- Abstract:
- Taking tomato as material,using eight kinds of biocontrol agents,such as B1,B2,B3,B4,B5,B6 single Bacillus subtilis were selected from Ningxia Nordmann company and commodity Bacillus subtilis,Paecilomyces lilacinus, the effect of single biocontrol agents and combination biocontrol agents on the tomato plants growth,root fresh and dry weight,the number of soil nematodes and the plant root-knot index were studied.The results showed that single biocontrol agent B2,B4 and Bacillus subtilis promoted plant growth were well,the B2 and Bacillus subtilis significantly increased fresh weight of root,the B2 singnificantly increased dry weight of root the B4 and B5 significantly reduced the number of soil root knot nematode in seedling stage,and Paecilomyces lilacinus significantly reduced soil nematode which was the most effective at harvest period.The combination of biocontrol agent B2+B5,B2+B6,B2+B4,B4+B6,B4+B.(Bacillus subtilis)promoted tomato plant growth,and reduced the number of soil root knot nematode.Single biocontrol agent B4,B2 and combination biocontrol agents B4+B6 could significantly promote the growth of crops and reduce the number of soil root knot nematode.
