摘要:
资金不足严重阻碍我国农业科技成果转化，从而制约了现代农业发展，为此急需拓宽现有融资渠道。然而，近几年民间资本却因缺乏合理疏导而面临投资瓶颈。通过探寻民间资本与农业科技成果转化之间的链接点，剖析投资过程中资金支持、科技创新、资本收益等价值功能，以寻找二者之间的双赢局面。阐明投资中政策支持的缺乏、农业自身的风险、资本退出不畅等诸多问题，继而从政策、产品、投资方式3个方面提出解决对策，以鼓励和引导民间资本投资农业科技成果转化。
Abstract:
Agricultural science and technology achievements transformation is hampered because of insufficient funds，thus restricting the development of modern agriculture，so financing channels need to be broadened desperately.However，the private capital is facing investment bottlenecks in recent years because of the lack of reasonable guidance.Through exploring links between the private capital and the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements，analyzing the value in the process of the investment，such as financial supports，scientific and technological innovation and capital gains，in order to look for a double-win.Many problems of investment，such as the lack of policy supports，the risk of agriculture and unsmooth capital exit channels，and put forward the countermeasures from the aspects of policy，product and the form of investment were expounded in this paper，in order to encourage and guide the private capital investment in agricultural science and technology achievements transformation.
