摘要:
中国是食用菌生产大国，也是世界栽培食用菌最早的国家，但是食用菌产业化发展的时间较短，发展的规模、技术力量、产品质量、竞争能力都较弱。中国食用菌产业化发展将是中国食用菌发展的必由之路，也是中国食用菌全方位领先世界的必由之路。
Abstract:
The development of mushroom industry in China is still in a short time.The scale of its development，technical strength，product quality and competitive ability is weak.But the development of mushroom industry in China will be the route which must take the development of edible fungi in China，also the route which must take China’s edible fungus omni-directional to lead the world.
