- 以观赏蕨类栗柄金粉蕨为试材,研究了其孢子繁殖关键技术。结果表明:将成熟孢子播撒于腐殖土上,约5 d萌发长出原丝体,55 d左右发育为成熟配子体,65 d左右完成受精,随后长出幼孢子体。播种4个月后,幼孢子体长到3~5cm时,进行分株处理,分株2个月后进行分盆处理,炼苗2个月后,成苗定植于露天。从孢子到繁殖园艺用苗定植,全程8个月,1株野生植株可以成功繁殖出园艺苗3 000余盆。
- Abstract:
- Taking the ornamental fern Onychium japonicum var.lucidum as material,the key breeding skill of the ornamental fern Onychium japonicum var.lucidum were studied.The results showed that mature spores were planted in humus,and germinated to filaments in 5 days,grew mature gametophytes in 55 days.After fertilization in 65 days,the young sporophytes were produced.Four months after sowing,the 3-5cm long young sporophytes were divided to trays.Two months after division,the young sporophytes were transplanted to flowerpots.Then young plants were exercise outdoors for two months.One field plant could produced successfully more than 3 000 spore seedlings in eight months.
