- 以8种悬钩子属植物为试材,采用药敏纸片法和二倍稀释法测定了悬钩子属植物提取物对黄色葡萄球菌、鸡沙门氏杆菌、粪肠球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌圈直径和最小杀菌浓度的影响,利用Fenton反应、邻苯三酚自氧化法,测定植物水提取物的抗氧化能力,研究蔷薇科悬钩子属植物的抑菌效果和抗氧化性,以评价悬钩子属植物的抗菌活性和抗氧化活性。结果表明:悬钩子属植物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌效果最好,其中山莓、插田泡和茅莓对金黄色葡萄球菌的MBC值达到了37.5 mg/mL;悬钩子属植物对羟基自由基(?OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O?[TX-*4]2)均有一定的清除能力,其中粗叶悬钩子、茅莓和山莓的清除能力较强。表明山莓、茅莓、插田泡可以作为新的抑菌药物进行开发,粗叶悬钩子、茅莓和山莓可作为新的抗氧化药物利用。
- Abstract:
- Taking 8 species of Rubus spp. as materials,disk diffusion method and tube doubling dilution method were applied to test the antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus 91053,Salmonella pullorum,Enterococcus faecalis,Escherichia coli O1 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The antioxidant activity was investigated by measuring the scavenging activity of hydroxyl radicals (?OH) produced by Fenton reaction and superoxide radicals (O?[TX-*4]2) generated from the autoxidation of pyrogallol determined by colorimetry,to evaluat antimicrobial,antioxidant activities of Rubus spp..The results showed that the water extracts of Rubus spp.showed the highest antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus 91053 and Escherichia coli O1,among which R.corchorifolius,R.coreanus and R.parvifolius presented the lowest MBC(37.5 mg/mL); R. spp.in the test showed certain scavenging effect on hydroxyl radicals (?OH) and superoxide radicals (O?[TX-*4]2),and the ability of R.alceaefolius,R.parvifolius and R.corchorifolius?was highest.The results showed that R.corchorifolius,R.parvifolius,andR.coreanus could be studied as new antimicrobial drugs,and R.alceaefolius,R.parvifolius and R.corchorifolius could be used as new antioxidant drugs.
