- 以蟹味菇为试材,在同一菇房内,选用环境条件(温度、湿度、光照强度、CO2浓度)有差异的第1、3、6层菇架进行出菇比较。结果表明:第6层菇架上的蟹味菇生长状况最好,单瓶产量达168. 85 g,生物转化率为65. 96%;控制精确的环境因子,即温度为15. 3℃、相对湿度为89. 5%、光照强度为870 lx、CO2浓度为2 029 mg/kg时,可显著提高蟹味菇的生物学转化率。
- Abstract:
- Taking Hypsizygus marmoreus as material,the yield of Hypsizygus marmoreus on the first,the third and the sixth shelf which were different on the temperature,relative humidity,light intensity and the density of CO2 was compared.The results showed that the Hypsizygus marmoreus on the sixth shelf grew the best,the yield of single bottle was 168. 85 g and the biological conversion reached 65. 96%.It was concluded that accurate environment factors,that was temperature 15. 3℃,relative humidity 89. 5%,light intensity 870 lx,the density of CO2 2 029 mg/kg could improve the biological conversion of Hypsizygus marmoreussignificantly.
