- 以“津春4号”黄瓜为试材,探讨了不同剂量的生防菌剂BG3对黄瓜幼苗农艺性状表现以及生理生化指标的影响,研究了生防菌BG3对黄瓜生长的促生效应。结果表明:适宜剂量的生防菌剂BG3能够促进黄瓜幼苗的生长,但相同剂量的BG3制剂对不同指标的影响效果却不同;通过利用TOPSIS方法对各处理的生长指标进行综合评价得出,防菌剂BG3对黄瓜苗总体具有促生效应,在黄瓜生产中,可采用1 kg土∶100 mL生防菌剂BG3混合来处理播种土壤,以保证黄瓜苗期的良好生长。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Jinchun No.4’ cucumber as test material,the effects of different doses of BG3 on the agronomical,physiological and biochemical characteristics of cucumber seedings were explored,the promoting effect of BG3 on cucumber was studied.The results showed that BG3 could improve the growth of cucumber seedings.However,the effect on all indexes was different with the same dose of BG3.To improve quality,yields and economic benefit,TOPSIS method was used to evaluate all indexes.It concluded that 1 kg soil mixing 100 mL BG3 agent was the most effective to promote cucumber seedling growth.
