- 为深入分析和探讨恒温和变温培养对酢浆草岩螨[Petrobia (Tetranychina) harti (Ewing)]生长发育的影响,在恒温24℃和变温(20~27℃,平均24℃)条件下,测定了酢浆草岩螨的发育历期、寿命及繁殖能力等生命表参数。结果表明:恒温24℃和变温24℃条件下的酢浆草岩螨的发育历期和发育速率变化不大;恒温24℃条件下每雌产卵量和日均产卵量均低于变温24℃时;恒温24℃酢浆草岩螨的净增殖率R 0为20.0200,小于变温24℃净增殖率26.3333,其它试验种群参数差异不明显。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the effect of constant and variable temperatures on the growth and development of [Petrobia (Tetranychina) harti (Ewing)],the longevity,developmental duration and reproductive capacity were studied on Oxalis corymbosa under L/D=16/8,RH 65% constant temperature and of 24℃ variable temperature(20~27℃,acerage 24℃).The results showed that there were no difference between constant and variable temperatures of developmental duration and rates of T.harti.The net reproduction rate,fecundity and average daily fecundity under constant temperature were lower than that under variable temperature;the net reproduction rate under constant temperature was 20.0200,lower than that under variable temperature(26.3333).The other parameters were no significant difference between constant and variable temperatures.
