- 以暴马丁香种子为试材,研究了不同浓度GA3和浸种时间、不同温度、不同光照条件对暴马丁香种子萌发的影响,以期筛选出快速打破种子休眠及萌发的适宜条件。结果表明:GA3处理能快速打破暴马丁香种子休眠,促进种子萌发,不同浓度GA3和浸种时间对种子萌发的影响效果差异显著(P<0.05),以200 mg/L GA3浸种24 h时,种子的发芽率、发芽势、可溶性糖含量及可溶性蛋白质含量达到最高;在20℃/25℃(12 h/12 h)变温,12 h/12 h(光照/黑暗)光照条件下种子的萌发效果最好。
- Abstract:
- Taking Syringa reticulata ssp.amurensisseed as tset material,the effect of different concentrations of GA3,different soaking time,different temperature,different light condition on germination of seeds were studied,in order toscreen suitable condition of breaking dormancy and seeds germination.The results showed that GA3 treatment could quickly break seed dormancy and promoted seed germination,there were significant differences on concentration of GA3 and soaking time of seed germination(P<0.05).Germination rate,germination energy,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of seeds achieved the highest at 200 mg/L GA3 soaking seeds for 24 h.Under the variable temperature of 20℃/25℃(12 h/12 h)and illumiration of 12 h/12 h(light/dark) achived the best germination effect.
