- 采用顶空固相微萃取技术提取五味子药材中的挥发性成分,用毛细管色谱柱进行气相色谱分析,建立五味子药材的气相色谱指纹图谱,并用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件和SPSS软件进行相似度评价及聚类分析和判别分析,对南、北五味子进行鉴别。结果表明:南、北五味子的挥发性成分存在明显的差异,可以用于鉴别南、北五味子,能够建立稳定的判别分析模型;在7个产地中,不同产地的南五味子之间的相似度均大于0.95,不同产地的北五味子之间的相似度也均大于0.95,而南五味子与北五味子的相似度低于0.26;聚类分析法能够将南、北五味子各自聚成1类,对4个未知样品进行判别分析,正确率达到了100%。
- Abstract:
- In order to identify Schisandrae chinensis (Turcz.) Baill and Schisandrae sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils. by SPME-GC fingerprint combined with cluster analysis and discriminant analysis,the volatile components from Schisandrae chinensis (Turcz.) Baill and Schisandrae sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils. were extracted by Head Space Solid Phase Microextraction.The chemical components in Schisandrae chinensis (Turcz.) Baill and Schisandrae sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils. was ultrasonically extracted in methanol.The fingerprint of the extract were assayed with capillary gas chromatography to establish the GC fingerprint of Schisandrae chinensis (Turcz.) Baill and Schisandrae sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils. and SPSS were used for similarity evaluation and clustering analysis and discriminant analysis.The results showed in the seven Schisandrae chinensis(Turcz.) Baill and Schisandrae sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils. samples from different cultivation areas,the similarity between Schisandrae sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils. from different cultivation areas were greater than 0.95;also the similarity between Schisandrae chinensis (Turcz.) Baill from different cultivation areas were greater than 0.95;while the similarity between Schisandrae chinensis (Turcz.) Baill and Schisandrae sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils. were smaller than 0.26.Clustering analysis could discriminate Schisandrae chinensis (Turcz.) Baill from Schisandrae sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils.. The accurate rate of discriminant analysis of four unknown samples were reached 100%.
