- 阐述了烟台休闲农业发展中复合经营型发展模式、特色资源型发展模式、休闲采摘型发展模式和科技示范型发展模式的特点，分析了分散自主经营模式、村办企业经营模式、整体租赁经营模式和“设施农业+企业化运行”经营模式的优点。提出了各发展模式要体现产业化和经营方式要集约化的建议和对策。
- Abstract:
- The characteristics of the compound management development model，characteristics resource development model，casual picking development mode，technology demonstration model development model were described.The advantages of development modes of decentralized autonomous business model，village business model，the overall leasing business model，‘the facility agriculture+enterprise’ business model were analyzed.The suggestions and countermeasures on the development model to reflect industrialization and intensification operation were proposed.
