- 采用平板试验,研究了50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂、48%克霉灵可湿性粉剂、58%甲霜灵·锰锌可湿性粉剂、70%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂、75%百菌清可湿性粉剂5种杀菌剂对平菇菌丝及青霉生长的影响,筛选出了有效的杀菌剂及使用浓度。结果表明:50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂稀释1 200倍时,能有效抑制青霉的生长,抑制率可达60.48%,对平菇菌丝生长没有影响,可在平菇栽培中使用。
- Abstract:
- The effects of five fungicides that were 50% Carbendazim wettable powder,48% Mepartricin wettable powder,58% Metalayyl·Manganese zinc wettable powder,70% Mancozeb wettable powder,75% Chlorothalonil wettable powder,the hypha growth of Pleurotus ostreatus and Penicillium spp. in plate test were studied.The results showed that different kinds and treatment concentrations of fungicides on the hypha growth had significant difference.It was proved that the Carbendazim at concentration of 1 200 times had the best effect with an inhibitory rate of 60.48% on the ?Penicillium ?and had no effect on the hypha growth of Pleurotus ostreatu.Therefore,it could be used in Pleurotus ostreatu cultivation.
