- 以白鹤芋的花序为外植体,在MS基本培养基中添加不同种类和浓度的激素,进行组培快繁试验。结果表明:MS+6-BA 5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L为最佳诱导芽分化培养基,继代增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 4~5 mg/L+NAA 0.1~0.2 mg/L,适合生根诱导培养基为1/2 MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L。
- Abstract:
- The inflorescences of Spathiphyllum were cultured in the MS medium supplemented with different types and concentrations of hormones for rapid propagation.The results indicated that the optimum medium for bud differentiation was MS+6-BA 5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,the optimum subculture medium was MS+6-BA 4~5 mg/L+NAA 0.1~0.2 mg/L,the optimum medium for rooting was 1/2MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L.
