- 以红花龙胆为试材,采用徒手切片及石蜡组织切片法制作红花龙胆显微装片,采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定了其中的硒含量。结果表明:红花龙胆根皮层较宽,薄壁细胞内含贮藏物;茎皮层也较宽,管状中柱,髓部较大;叶上下表皮细胞椭圆形,栅栏组织细胞1~2列,维管束外韧型,叶表面观上表皮细胞不规则形,下表皮细胞多角枝状。该植物富含硒,叶中硒含量较高,平均为771. 246 μg/kg,其次是花与茎,根中硒含量较低,平均为195. 383 μg/kg,根达到粮食富硒食品标准,其余部位达粮食高硒食品标准。表明红花龙胆可作为富硒中草药使用。
- Abstract:
- Taking Gentiana rhodantha as material,the morphological characteristics and microstructure were described by using freehand section method and paraffin slice method;selenium content was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that the root had a wider cortex,suborbicular xylem and unpith stele;the stem had a thicker cortex,siphonostele,continuous ring phloem and cambium,larger pith;the leaf epidermis cells were oval,palisade tissue cells were 1~2 lines,collateral bundle,upper epidermis cells of leaf were irregular and lower epidermis were angle branch.Meanwhile,the results also revealed that the average selenium content of leaf was 771. 246 μg/kg,and the flowers and stems took second place,and the average selenium content of root was 195. 383 μg/kg.Therefore,the selenium content of root reached selenium-enriched food standards,and the rest parts reached high selenium-enriched food standards.Gentiana rhodantha could be used as selenium-enriched in Chinese herbal medicine.
