- 以新疆生产建设兵团第三师44团十年生‘烟富10’苹果树为试材,采用不同调环酸钙喷施浓度与次数处理,结合树体生长量、叶绿素含量、果实品质及次年花序密度测定,辅以主成分分析法综合评价,研究了调环酸钙对‘烟富10’树体生长及果实品质的调控效应,以期为其优质高效栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:调环酸钙对‘烟富10’树体生长和果实品质有显著调控作用,其中落花后3 d喷施1次200倍液效果最优,可使新梢长度较对照(CK)缩短15.70 cm、节间长度缩短1.52 cm,且果实可溶性糖、维生素C、黄酮、总酚含量及糖酸比均显著优于CK。落花后3 d开始每隔7 d喷施1次400倍液(共3次),可显著提高单果质量和果形指数。主成分分析显示,落花后3 d喷施200倍液1次处理综合评分最高,整体表现最优,可作为优选调控方案。

- Taking 10-year-old ‘Yanfu 10’ apple trees in the 44th Regiment of the 3rd Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as test materials,different spraying concentrations and times of prohexadione calcium were set.The tree growth,chlorophyll content,fruit quality and inflorescence density in the next year were determined,and principal component analysis was used for comprehensive evaluation.The regulatory effect of prohexadione calcium on ‘Yanfu 10’ tree growth and fruit quality was explored,in order to provide a reference for its high-quality and efficient cultivation.The results showed that prohexadione calcium had significant regulatory effects on ‘Yanfu 10’ tree growth and fruit quality.Among all treatments,spraying 200-fold prohexadione calcium once at 3 days after flower fall was the best,which shortened the new shoot length by 15.70 cm and internode length by 1.52 cm compared with the control (CK),and the soluble sugar,vitamin C,flavonoid,total phenol contents and sugar-acid ratio of fruits were significantly better than CK.Spraying 400-fold prohexadione calcium once every 7 days (3 times in total) starting from 3 days after flower fall could significantly increase single fruit weight and fruit shape index.Principal component analysis showed that the treatment of spraying 200-fold prohexadione calcium once at 3 days after flower fall had the highest comprehensive score and the best overall performance,which could be used as the optimal regulation scheme.
