- 随着乡村振兴战略的不断深入，特色农业的发展逐渐引起各行各业的重视，苹果梨产业作为中国延边州农业经济的一大支柱，对实现乡村经济的脱贫攻坚及农村现代化建设具有重要意义。该研究通过文献分析、实地调研等方式，对现阶段延边州苹果梨的种植面积与产量、育种和栽培水平、互联网+营销策略、区域公共品牌建设等现状进行了深度分析。针对精深加工能力不足、采后贮存及商品化处理程度低、果农品质意识淡薄、梨果市场有限等问题，提出应大力推进农业数据库的应用、健全“农机农艺”体系、实现“民俗文化+旅游+营销”深度融合、培育新时代职业农民等策略，以政策扶持和组织领导为依托，打开国际国内双循环市场，从而助力延边州苹果梨产业的高质量发展。
- Abstract:
- With the continuous deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of characteristic agriculture has gradually attracted the attention of various industries.As a major pillar of the agricultural economy in Yanbian prefecture,the apple and pear industry is of great significance for achieving poverty alleviation and rural modernization construction in the rural economy.Through literature analysis and field research,the study analyzed the current situation of planting area and yield,breeding and cultivation level,Internet plus marketing strategy,regional public brand construction of apple pear in Yanbian prefecture.In response to issues such as insufficient deep processing capacity,low post harvest storage and commercialization,weak quality awareness among fruit farmers,and limited pear market,strategies were proposed to vigorously promote the application of agricultural databases,improve the ‘agricultural machinery and agronomy’ system,achieve deep integration of ‘folk culture+tourism+marketing’,and cultivate professional farmers in the new era,in order to assist in the high-quality development of the apple and pear industry in Yanbian prefecture.
