- 为推动宁夏菜心产业高质量发展，基于三产融合发展背景，系统分析宁夏菜心产业种植、加工、流通环节的发展现状与三产融合基础，剖析产业标准化发展现状及协同瓶颈，构建“环节协同-主体协同-区域协同”的标准化协同机制，并提出针对性对策建议。研究表明：宁夏菜心产业已形成一定规模优势，三产融合初现雏形，但存在各环节标准衔接不畅、多主体协同不足、区域协同欠缺等问题；通过构建全链条标准衔接体系、强化多主体联动、推进区域协同发展，可有效破解产业发展困境，为宁夏菜心产业提质增效及乡村振兴提供参考依据与实践支撑。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the high-quality development of Ningxia flowering Chinese cabbage industry，based on the background of the integration of the three industries，this study systematically analyzed the development status of planting,processing and circulation of Chinese cabbage industry in Ningxia and the basis of the integration of the three industries，analyzed the development status of industrial standardization and the bottleneck of coordination，constructed the standardization coordination mechanism of ‘link coordination-subject coordination-regional coordination’，and put forward targeted counter measures and suggestions．The results showed that the cabbage industry in Ningxia had formed a certain scale advantage，and the integration of the three industries had begun to take shape，but there were problems such as poor convergence of standards in various links，insufficient multi-agent coordination,and lack of regional coordination；by constructing a full-chain standard connection system，strengthening multi-agent linkage，and promoting regional coordinated development，it could effectively solve the dilemma of industrial development and provide references and practical support for improving the quality and efficiency of Ningxia flowering Chinese cabbage industry and rural revitalization．
