- 以‘冀苹美’和‘天红2号’2个晚熟苹果品种为试材,采用白色单层纸袋(以下简称白单)和外黄内白双层纸袋(以下简称黄双)2种套袋处理方法,研究了2种果袋对上述2个品种果实生长动态、裂纹发生情况、成熟期硬度、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量和色泽等果实品质的影响,以期为‘冀苹美’和‘天红2号’在冀中南地区适宜果袋的选择提供参考依据。结果表明:‘冀苹美’白单处理纵横径增长快,成熟期单果质量也显著大于黄双处理,而‘天红2号’黄双处理纵横径增长快,成熟期单果质量也显著大于白单处理,但2个品种果形指数在生长发育过程中仅在0.84~0.88间波动,2种果袋间无明显差异。白单处理相较于黄双处理可显著降低2个品种生长发育过程中果实裂纹的发生。‘天红2号’成熟期硬度、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量在2种果袋间无显著性差异,‘冀苹美’白单处理可溶性固形物含量显著低于黄双处理,但也高达16.44%。白单处理‘冀苹美’相较于黄双处理,果皮较暗,其他色泽指标无显著性差异,白单‘天红2号’果皮颜色相较于黄双处理着红色稍差,底色偏黄。综合考虑上述性状和纸袋单价、人工成本,冀中南地区种植‘冀苹美’和‘天红2号’时推荐套白色单层纸袋。
- Abstract:
- Taking two late-maturing apple varieties,‘Jipingmei’ and ‘Tianhong 2’ as test materials,two kinds of bagging treatment methods,white single-layer paper bag (hereinafter referred to as white single) and outer yellow inner white double-layer paper bag (hereinafter referred to as yellow double),were adopted.The effects of two kinds of fruit bags on fruit growth dynamics,crack occurrence,fruit hardness,soluble solids content,titratable acid content and color of the above two varieties were studied,in order to provide reference for the selection of suitable fruit bags for ‘Jipingmei’ and ‘Tianhong 2’ in central and southern Hebei.The results showed that ‘Jipingmei’ had a faster growth in both longitudinal and transverse diameters of white single fruit,and the single fruit weight at maturity was significantly higher than that of yellow double fruit.Meanwhile,‘Tianhong 2’ had a faster growth in both longitudinal and transverse diameters of yellow double fruit,and the single fruit weight at maturity was also significantly higher than that of white single fruit.However,the fruit shape index of the two varieties fluctuated only between 0.84 and 0.88 during the growth and development process,and there was no significant differences between the two fruit bags.White single treatment significantly reduced the occurrence of fruit cracks during the growth and development of the two varieties compared with yellow double treatment.There was no significant differences in hardness,soluble solids and titratable acid content between the two kinds of fruit bags at the mature stage of ‘Tianhong 2’.The soluble solid content of ‘Jipingmei’ white single treatment was significantly lower than that of yellow double treatment,but still as high as 16.44%.The peel color of ‘Jipingmei’ white single treatment was darker than that of yellow double treatment,and there was no significant differences in other color parameters.The peel color of ‘Tianhong 2’ white single treatment was slightly worse than that of yellow double treatment,and the background color was yellowish.Taking into account the above characteristics,the unit price of paper bags and labor costs,it was recommended to use white single-layer paper bags when planting ‘Jipingmei’ and ‘Tianhong 2’ in the central and southern regions of Hebei Province.
