- 农业碳排放是温室气体排放的重要部分,分析北京市农业碳排放对北京市落实“双碳”战略、建设低碳试点城市具有重要意义。该文以北京市为研究对象,运用碳排放系数法和LMDI模型对2003—2022年北京市农业碳排放进行实证研究,分析北京市农业碳排放的时空演变特征及影响因素,并根据结论提出建议。研究表明:北京市农业碳排放量在逐年下降,年均减少量为0.83万t,年下降幅度为4.35%;农业碳排放强度整体呈波动下降的变化趋势,表现为农业生产效率提高;农业碳排放强度和产业结构抑制了北京市的农业碳排放,农业生产结构、人口、经济因素加剧了北京市的农业碳排放。因此,北京市未来要加强农业生产要素管理,优化农业产业结构,加大农业技术投入,用技术手段促进低碳农业发展。

- Agricultural carbon emissions is a significant part of greenhouse gas emissions.Analyzing agricultural carbon emissions in Beijing city is crucial for the implementation of the ‘dual carbon’ strategy and for establishing the city as a low-carbon pilot.Taking Beijing city as the subject of study,this study conducted an empirical analysis of Beijing′s agricultural carbon emissions from the period 2003—2022 using the method of carbon emission coefficients and the LMDI model.It examined the characteristics of spatial and temporal evolution of agricultural carbon emissions in Beijing city and the factors affecting them,and proposed recommendations based on the conclusions.The results showed that the Beijing′s agricultural carbon emissions were declining year after year,with an average annual reduction of 0.83 tons and a yearly decline rate of 4.35%.The overall trend of agricultural carbon emission intensity exhibited a fluctuating decrease,reflecting improvements in agricultural production efficiency.Both agricultural carbon emission intensity and industrial structure had constrained Beijing′s agricultural carbon emissions,but the structure of agricultural production,demography,and economic factors had exacerbated agricultural carbon emissions.Therefore,in the future,Beijing city should strengthen the management of agricultural production factors,optimize the agricultural industrial structure,increase investment in agricultural technology,and use technological means to promote the development of low-carbon agriculture.
