- 以“金冠”苹果为试材,采用不同CO2浓度(O2 5%+CO2 2%,O2 5%+CO2 5%,O2 5%+CO2 10%)分别对CK和1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理的果实进行气调(CA)处理,于0 ℃下贮藏,每隔30 d测定“金冠”苹果贮藏时的生理生化指标,并于贮藏120 d时对不同处理果实果皮部位进行扫描电镜观察,探究不同浓度CO2和1-MCP处理对“金冠”苹果贮藏品质和褐皮病的影响,以期为“金冠”苹果贮藏保鲜提供参考依据。结果表明:与对照相比,不同浓度CO2气调处理和1-MCP处理均可降低“金冠”苹果贮藏期间呼吸峰值和乙烯释放峰值,保持其果实硬度、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量;CK处理“金冠”苹果在高CO2环境下未出现褐皮病,1-MCP单独处理的“金冠”苹果空气条件未发病,但经CA处理后出现褐皮病,且发病率和发病指数随着CO2浓度增加而升高,1-MCP+CA10处理的褐皮病发病率和发病指数为46.66%和0.42,较其他处理显著升高(P<0.05);褐皮病果实果面蜡质裂纹愈合,蜡质颗粒和翘起消失,总酚含量和POD活性随之升高。综上可知,CA和1-MCP处理均可提升“金冠”苹果贮藏品质,但1-MCP处理后在高CO2环境下易产生褐皮病,且发病程度随CO2浓度增加而升高。
- Abstract:
- ‘Jinguan’ apples were used as the test material and subjected to controlled atmosphere (CA) treatments with different CO2 concentrations (O2 5%+CO2 2%,O2 5%+CO2 5%,and O2 5%+CO2 10%) for both control (CK) and 1-MCP-treated apples and then stored at 0 ℃.The physidogical and biochemical indexes of ‘Jinguan’ apples were measured every 30 days.Additionally,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was performed on the fruit peel of different treatment groups after 120 days of storage,the effects of different concentrations of CO2 and 1-MCP treatment on the storage quality and diffuse skin browning of ‘Jinguan’ apples were investigated,in order to provide a reference for their preservation.The results showed that compared with the control,both controlled atmosphere treatments with different CO2 concentrations and 1-MCP treatment effectively reduced the respiratory peak and ethylene production peak during storage of ‘Jinguan’ apples,while maintaining fruit firmness,soluble solids content,and titratable acidity.The control (CK) apples did not develop diffuse skin browning under high CO2 conditions,and the 1-MCP-treated apples stored in normal air showed no disease symptoms,however,1-MCP-treated apples subjected to CA storage developed diffuse skin browning,with both incidence rate and disease index increasing proportionally with CO2 concentration.The incidence rate and incidence index of diffuse skin browning in 1-MCP+CA10 treatment were 46.66% and 0.42,significantly higher than those in other treatments (P<0.05).The wax cracks on the fruit surface of diffuse skin browning showed healing,the wax granules and protrusions disappeared,and the total phenolic content and POD activity increased accordingly.Both CA and 1-MCP treatments improved the storage quality of ‘Jinguan’ apples.However,1-MCP-treated apples showed reduced CO2 tolerance,leading to higher susceptibility to diffuse skin browning,with severity escalating at elevated CO2 levels.
