- 以新疆生产建设兵团第一师5团七年生‘天红1号’苹果为试材,设置不同浓度花生油(30、40、50 g·L-1)和石硫合剂(45%晶体)(100、150、200倍液),以清水为CK,并同时进行人工疏花处理来进行对比。测定疏除效果、果实品质和果实产量等项品质指标,采用主成分分析法对疏除效果和果实品质与产量进行综合评价,研究花生油和石硫合剂(45%晶体)对‘天红1号’苹果花朵的疏除效果和果实品质的影响,以期为苹果化学疏花疏果栽培技术提供参考依据。结果表明:疏花剂各处理疏除效果均显著优于CK;其中花生油50 g·L-1疏除效果最佳,疏除率和单果比例方面表现最佳。果实品质方面,30 g·L-1花生油的可溶性糖和可滴定酸显著优于人工疏花,50 g·L-1花生油在单果质量、维生素C含量、产量上与人工处理无显著差异,45%石硫合剂晶体200倍在果实硬度和可溶性固形物方面显著优于人工疏花。通过对疏除效果、果实品质和产量进行主成分分析,表明疏花剂处理50 g·L-1花生油对‘天红1号’和疏除效果和果实品质效果最优。
- Abstract:
- The seven-year-old ‘Tianhong No.1’ apple of the 5th Regiment of the 1st Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was used as the test material.Different concentrations of peanut oil (30,40,50 g·L-1) and stone-sulfur mixture (45% crystal) (100,150,200 times liquid) were set up and water was used as CK.The thinning effect,fruit quality and fruit yield were measured.Principal component analysis was used to evaluate the thinning effect,fruit quality and yield.Effects of peanut oil and stone sulfur mixture (45% crystal) on the flower thinning and fruit quality of ‘Tianhong No.1’ apple were studied,in order to provide reference for the cultivation technology of apple chemical thinning.The results showed that the thinning effect of flower thinning agent was significantly better than CK.Among them,peanut oil 50 g·L-1 had the best effect,and the best effect was found in the ratio of peanut oil and single fruit.In terms of fruit quality,peanut oil at 30 g·L-1 was significantly better than artificial flowering in soluble sugar and titrable acid,50 g·L-1 treatment had no significant difference in fruit weight,vitamin C content and yield,and 45% stone sulfur mixture crystal at 200 times was significantly better than artificial flowering in fruit hardness and soluble solid.Through principal component analysis of the thinning effect,fruit quality,and yield,it was found that the use of a thinning agent to treat 50 g·L-1 peanut oil resulted in the optimal thinning effect and fruit quality for ‘Tianhong No.1’.
