- 以‘巨玫瑰’葡萄为试材,采用不同浓度的复方丹参提取物(质量比为丹参∶肉桂∶丁香=5∶3∶3,浓度比为X1∶X2∶X3∶X4∶X5=1∶2∶3∶4∶5)浸泡结合1.5%壳聚糖涂膜处理方法,研究了低温(8~12 ℃)条件下复方丹参提取物浸泡结合壳聚糖涂膜处理对采后‘巨玫瑰’葡萄保鲜效果的影响,筛选出最佳处理组合,以期为‘巨玫瑰’葡萄绿色保鲜剂的研发及应用提供参考依据。结果表明:与对照相比,复方丹参提取物结合壳聚糖涂膜处理能较好的抑制采后‘巨玫瑰’葡萄脱粒率和腐烂率的升高,抑制‘巨玫瑰’葡萄果实维生素C含量、可滴定酸含量以及果蒂叶绿素含量的下降速度,延缓‘巨玫瑰’葡萄果实多酚氧化酶活性增强的进程,保持果实的硬度和感官品质,进而延长采后‘巨玫瑰’葡萄的贮藏寿命。其中,X4处理(质量比为丹参∶肉桂∶丁香=20∶12∶12)结合1.5%壳聚糖涂膜处理的保鲜效果较佳,较好的保持了采后‘巨玫瑰’葡萄果实的贮藏品质。
- Abstract:
- ‘Jumeigui’ grape was used as the experimental material,and different concentrations of compound compound Salvia miltiorrhiza extract (mass ratio of Salvia miltiorrhiza∶Cinnamomum cassia Presl∶Ligusticum sinense clove=5∶3∶3,concentration ratio of T1∶T2∶T3∶T4∶T5=1∶2∶3∶4∶5) soaking combined with 1.5% chitosan coating treatment were used to study the effect of compound Salvia miltiorrhiza extract soaking combined with chitosan coating treatment on the preservation effect of postharvest ‘Jumeigui’ grape at low temperature (8-12 ℃),and the best treatment combination was selected,in order to provide reference for the development and application of ‘Jumeigui’grape green preservative.The results showed that compared with the control,the compound Salvia miltiorrhiza extract combined with chitosan coating treatment could better inhibit the increase of threshing rate and decay rate of postharvest ‘Jumeigui’ grapes,inhibit the decrease of vitamin C content,titratable acid content and chlorophyll content of giant rose grape fruits,delay the process of polyphenol oxidase activity enhancement of ‘Jumeigui’ grape fruits,maintain the hardness and sensory quality of fruits,and then the storage life of postharvest ‘Jumeigui’ grapes.Among them,the X4 treatment (mass ratio of Salvia miltiorrhiza∶Cinnamomum cassia Presl∶Ligusticum sinense clove=20∶12∶12) combined with 1.5% chitosan coating treatment had better preservation effect,and better maintained the storage quality of postharvest ‘Jumeigui’ grape.
