- 以八年生库尔勒香梨为试材,采用3种干旱胁迫的单因素试验方法,研究了戈壁地条件下干旱胁迫对下库尔勒香梨叶片、果实渗透调节物质及抗氧化酶活性的影响,以期为戈壁地密植库尔勒香梨提供参考依据。结果表明:轻度、中度干旱胁迫条件下提高了库尔勒香梨叶片、果实抗氧化酶活性及叶片脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量、甜菜碱含量,同时有效降低了叶片、果实丙二醛含量。通过对库尔勒香梨叶片、果实渗透调节物质以及抗氧化酶活性进行主成分分析可知,重度干旱胁迫诱导了库尔勒香梨其自身防御机制,因此,其综合评价得分较高。综上所述,第二师铁门关市戈壁地库尔勒香梨密植区的需水下限为田间持水量的55%。
- Abstract:
- The eight-year-old Korla Fragrant Pear was used as experimental material,the effects of drought stress on osmotic regulation substances and antioxidant enzyme activities of leaves and fruits of Korla Fragrant Pear in Gobi region were studied by using three kinds of single factor test method,in order to provide a reference for the close planting of Korla fragrant pears in Gobi region.The results showed that the antioxidant enzyme activity and the contents of proline,soluble sugar and betaine in leaves and fruits of Korla Fragrant Pear were increased under mild and moderate drought stress,while the MDA content in leaves and fruits was effectively decreased.Through principal component analysis of osmotic regulatory substances and antioxidant enzyme activities in leaves and fruits of Korla fragrant pear,it was found that severe drought stress induced its own defense mechanism,so its comprehensive evaluation score was high.To sum up,the lower limit of water demand in the Gobi region of Korla fragrant pear in Tiemenguan City of the Second Division was 55% of the field capacity.
