- 以2个郁金香亲本组合为试材,采用在杂交授粉时套用5种不同授粉袋的方法,研究了不同材质授粉袋对袋内微环境、坐果率和种子产量与质量的影响,以期为优化郁金香杂交授粉方案提供参考依据。结果表明:不同授粉袋内的温湿度、透光率、透气性存在显著差异,其中薄膜袋袋内温湿度最高,不利于坐果和果实发育;无纺布袋和牛皮纸袋处理的种子数量、种子饱满率、种子千粒质量、种子大小均为最佳,适合郁金香杂交授粉使用。
- Abstract:
- Two Tulip parent combinations were used as the test materials,five different types of pollination bags were applied during hybrid pollination to study the effects of different bag materials on the microenvironment inside the bag,fruit set rate,and seed yield and quality,in order to provide reference for optimizing tulip hybrid pollination schemes.The results showed that there were significant differences in temperature,humidity,light transmittance,and air permeability among different pollination bags.The temperature and humidity inside the film bag were the highest,which was not conducive to fruit setting and development.The optimal seed quantity,seed plumpness,thousand seed weight,and seed size were obtained by using non-woven fabric bags and kraft paper bags,making them suitable for hybrid pollination of tulips.
