- 近年来,由于国内极端天气频繁出现,南方冷棚种植羊肚菌风险不断增加,并呈现逐渐向北方日光温室栽培发展趋势。通过3年来对日光温室羊肚菌栽培技术研究,重点就栽培时间、栽培前准备、品种选择及菌种制作、栽培管理、采收及病虫害防治等方面的技术要点进行了详细总结,以期为羊肚菌“南菇北移”提供科学的技术和方法,促进羊肚菌产业的高质量发展。
- Abstract:
- In recent years,due to the frequent occurrence of extreme weather in China,the risk of cultivating Morchella esculenta in the southern cold shed has been increasing,and presents a gradual development trend to the northern solarium cultivation.Through three years of morel cultivation technology research in solar greenhouse,focusing on cultivation time,pre-cultivation preparation,species selection and strain production,cultivation management,harvesting and pest control and other aspects of the technical points of a detailed summary,with aview to Morchella esculenta,‘southern mushrooms,northern migration’ to provide scientific technology and methods to promote Morchella esculenta industry,high-quality development of Morchella esculenta industry.
