- 以丹参花为试材,采用色差仪检测白色、蓝色、紫红色、紫色4种色泽的丹参花色度值L*、a*、b*;以HPLC测定含量,DPPH·清除法、FRAP法、酪氨酸酶活性测定法及牛津杯法对丹参花酚酮类成分体外抗氧化、抑制黑色素合成能力及抗菌活性进行测定;利用SPSS 17.0软件对丹参花“色泽-化学成分-生物活性”关系进行相关性分析,研究了丹参花中的酚酮类成分含量及生物活性,以期为其合理利用与开发提供参考依据。结果表明:紫色丹参花中总花青素、总酚酸、总黄酮含量最高。不同色泽丹参花的DPPH·清除率、Fe3+还原能力及酪氨酸酶活性抑制力均表现为紫色>紫红色>蓝色>白色。紫色丹参花酚酮类成分的抗菌能力最强,对大肠杆菌的抑制作用与罗红霉素相当。相关性分析表明丹参花色度值a*、b*与总酚酸、总花青素含量、抗氧化能力、酪氨酸酶活性抑制率呈正相关;b*与丹酚酸B含量呈负相关;c*与总花青素、总酚酸、迷迭香酸含量、酪氨酸酶活性抑制率呈正相关。综上可知,丹参花紫色程度越深,总酚酸、总花青素含量越高,抗氧化活性、抗菌能力及抑制黑色素沉积能力越强。

- Taking Salvia miltiorrhiza flowers as the test materials,the powder colors (L*,a*,and b* values) of different Salvia miltiorrhiza flowers (white,blue,purplish red,and purple) were determined by the colorimeter;HPLC was used to determine the content,and DPPH·scavenging method,FRAP method,tyrosinase activity assay,and oxford cup method were used to determine the in vitro antioxidant,melanin synthesis inhibition,and antibacterial activity of the phenolic ketones in Salvia miltiorrhiza flowers.The correlation analysis of the relationship among color,composition and activity of Salvia miltiorrhiza flowers was carried out by SPSS 17.0 software.The contents and biological activities of phenolic ketones in Salvia miltiorrhiza flowers were determined,in order to provide references for their rational utilization and development.The results showed that total anthocyanins,total phenolic acids and total flavonoids in purple Salvia miltiorrhiza flower were the highest.The DPPH·clearance rate,Fe3+ reducing ability and tyrosinase activity inhibition ability of different color Salvia miltiorrhiza flowers were purple > purplish red > blue > white.The purple Salvia miltiorrhiza flowers had the strongest antibacterial ability,and the inhibitory effect on escherichia coli was comparable to roxithromycin.Correlation analysis showed that color value a* and b* of Salvia miltiorrhiza flowers was positively correlated with total phenolic acid,total anthocyanin content,antioxidant capacity and tyrosinase activity inhibition rate.Color value b* was negatively correlated with salvianolic acid B content,c* was positively correlated with the contents of total anthocyanin,total phenolic acid and rosmarinic acid,and the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity.In summary,the darker the purple degree of Salvia miltiorrhiza flower,the stronger the total phenolic acid,total anthocyanin,antioxidant activity,antibacterial ability and inhibition of melanin deposition.
