- 以鸢尾果枯病(Iris sanguine fruit blight)病原菌交链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata)和几种植物内生细菌为试材,采用平板对峙法与单因素试验法,研究了不同内生细菌对A.alternata的抑制作用以及所筛选出的高效生防细菌在不同培养条件下的抑菌能力与稳定性,以期为鸢尾果枯病及相关病害的防治和生防菌剂的开发提供参考依据。结果表明:枯草芽胞杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(B.velezensis)对A.alternata具有较强的抑制力;二者最佳培养基和培养条件为在pH=5的LB液体培养基中装入5%的种子液,置于30 ℃、180 r·min-1条件下培养16 h;B.subtilis的酸碱、热、紫外线照射和光照稳定性较好,B.velezensis除热稳定性较高外,其他处理下抑菌效果均下降。
- Abstract:
- Taking the plate standoff method and one-way test with Iris sanguine fruit blight pathogen A.alternata and several plant endophytic bacteria as the test materials,the inhibitory effects of different endophytic bacteria on A.alternataas well as the inhibitory ability and stability of the screened efficient biocontrol bacteria under different culture conditions were studied,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of Iris sanguine fruit blight and related diseases and the development of biocontrol agents.The results showed that Bacillus subtilis and B.velezensis had substantial inhibitory effects on A.alternata. For both of them,the following cultivation conditions and medium were ideal with adding 5% seed solution to LB liquid medium at pH=5.It was incubated for 16 hours at 30 ℃ and 180 r·min-1.B.subtilis had better acid-base,heat,UV irradiation,and light stability.In addition to the higher heat stability of B.velezensis,the antibacterial effect of other treatments decreased.
