- 以设施内五年生“宝光”“晨香”“春光”“丛林玫瑰”“光辉”“红无核”“户太八号”“巨玫瑰”“浪漫红颜”“蜜光”“葡之梦”“瑞都红玉”“维多利亚”“无核翠宝”“午夜美人”“阳光玫瑰”“紫甜无核”和“紫霞玫瑰”共18个鲜食葡萄品种为试材,采用相关性分析、主成分分析等方法,研究了不同葡萄品种果实外在、内在品质等方面的差异,以期为和田地区设施栽培的葡萄品种选择提供参考依据。结果表明:18个鲜食葡萄品种中“紫霞玫瑰”果粒质量最大、可溶性固形物含量最高,“葡之梦”葡萄果形指数最大,“宝光”葡萄果皮最厚,天然无核只有“午夜美人”葡萄,“红无核”葡萄总酸含量最低,“春光”葡萄总花青素含量最大。相关性分析表明果粒质量与果柄长、种子数、可溶性固形物等呈正相关。通过主成分分析进行综合评价,18个品种得分由高到低排序为“葡之梦”>“紫霞玫瑰”>“紫甜无核”>“宝光”>“红无核”>“丛林玫瑰”>“巨玫瑰”>“春光”>“蜜光”>“浪漫红颜”>“户太八号”>“阳光玫瑰”>“瑞都红玉”>“维多利亚”>“无核翠宝”>“光辉”>“午夜美人”>“晨香”。综上所述,18个品种中最适宜和田地区设施栽培的品种为“葡之梦”,其次为“紫霞玫瑰”“紫甜无核”“宝光”和“红无核”等。

- Taking 18 five-year-old table grape varieties ‘Baoguang’‘Chenxiang’‘Chunguang’‘Conglinmeigui’‘Guanghui’‘Hongwuhe’‘Hutai No.8’‘Jumeigui’‘Romantic Beauty’‘Miguang’‘Puzhimeng’‘Ruiduhongyu’‘Victoria’‘Wuhecuibao’‘Midnight Beauty’‘Shine Muscat’‘Zitianwuhe’ and ‘Zixiameigui’ in greenhouse as the experimental materials,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and other methods were used.The differences in external and internal quality of different grape varieties were studied,in order to provide reference for the selection of grape varieties for facility cultivation in Hotan area.The results showed among the 18 table grape varieties,‘Zixiameigui’ had the largest fruit weight and the highest soluble solids content.‘Puzhimeng’ had the largest fruit shape index,‘Baoguang’ had the thickest peel,and only ‘Midnight Beauty’ had natural seedlessness.‘Hongwuhe’ had the lowest total acid content,and ‘Chunguang’ had the highest total anthocyanin content.Correlation analysis showed that fruit weight was positively correlated with fruit stalk length,seed number and soluble solids.Comprehensive evaluation was carried out by principal component analysis,and the scores of 18 grape varieties were ranked from high to low as ‘Puzhimeng’>‘Zixiameigui’>‘Zitianwuhe’>‘Baoguang’>‘Hongwuhe’>‘Conglinmeigui’>‘Jumeigui’>‘Chunguang’>‘Miguang’>‘Romantic Beauty’>‘Hutai No.8’>‘Shine Muscat’>‘Ruiduhongyu’>‘Victoria’>‘Wuhecuibao’>‘Guanghui’>‘Midnight Beauty’>‘Chenxiang’.In summary,among the 18 table grape varieties,the most suitable variety for greenhouse cultivation in Hotan area was ‘Puzhimeng’,followed by ‘Zixiameigui’‘Zitianwuhe’‘Baoguang’ and ‘Hongwuhe’,et al.
