- 新质生产力赋能农业高质量发展是实现乡村全面振兴的客观要求，也是实现共同富裕的必由之路。该研究阐析了新质生产力赋能农业高质量发展的理论逻辑，针对当前农业高质量发展面临的人才内源性支持不足、产业结构协调性亟需增强、农业数实融合度有待提升的现实挑战，提出了要厚植农业情怀，加强人才内源性支撑；完善农业支持政策，推进产业结构协调发展；加强数字农业发展，培育数字经济新业态的实践路径，为新质生产力赋能农业高质量发展释放活力与动能。
- Abstract:
- The new quality productivity to enable high-quality agricultural development is an objective requirement for the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside and a necessary way to achieve common prosperity.The theoretical logic of new quality productivity empowering high-quality agricultural development was analyzed in this study.In response to the current issues faced by high-quality agricultural development，such as insufficient endogenous support for talent，the need to strengthen the coordination of industrial structures，and the need to improve the integration of agricultural data with reality，practical paths are proposed to cultivate agricultural sentiment and strengthen endogenous support for talent，consolidate agricultural support policies to advance the coordinated development of industrial structures，promote the development of digital agriculture and foster new formats of the digital economy，thereby endowing agricultural high-quality development with new quality productivity and unleashing vitality and momentum.
